Most people who call us have been let down by a cleaning service before. A different stranger each visit. A quote that grew once the cleaner was already inside. Our answer is deliberately unglamorous. We assign a regular cleaner to your home and keep them there. We quote a flat rate before we arrive and honour it. We train on written checklists so the fourth visit matches the first. And when we fall short, we want to hear about it so it gets corrected rather than repeated.
We're insured, our cleaners are background-checked before their first job, and we serve five Montreal neighbourhoods properly instead of claiming to cover the whole island. As we grow, we'd rather add areas slowly than stretch until the service stops being good.
