Should the unit be empty before you arrive?

Ideally yes. We can work around a few remaining boxes, but anything still in the unit is something we can't clean under or behind — and that's usually exactly where an inspector looks.

Will this get my deposit back?

Cleaning is the part we control, and we clean to inspection standard. We can't speak to damage, repairs or wear-and-tear disputes — but a unit that's been professionally cleaned removes the easiest reason to withhold a deposit.

How far ahead should I book for July 1?

Three to four weeks minimum. Montreal's moving season concentrates an enormous amount of demand into a few days and our calendar fills accordingly.
