A deep clean covers everything in a standard clean, then keeps going: inside the oven and fridge, behind and under movable furniture, baseboards and door frames, window sills and tracks, grout and tile, vents and light fixtures. It takes considerably longer than a regular visit and it shows.

Most clients book a deep clean once — before hosting, after a renovation, at spring cleaning, or as the starting point for a recurring plan — and then keep it maintained with regular visits. Starting a recurring plan with a deep clean is the single best thing you can do for the results you get afterwards.

Frequently asked questions

How long does a deep clean take?

Typically two to four times as long as a standard clean, depending on the size of the home and its current condition. A two-bedroom that hasn't been deep-cleaned in a year usually runs four to six hours with a team of two.

Do I need a deep clean or a regular clean?

If it's been more than about six months since a thorough professional clean, start with a deep clean. If you're already on top of things and just want upkeep, go straight to recurring. Call us and describe the place — we'll tell you which one you need, including when that's the cheaper one.

Does deep cleaning include walls and carpets?

Spot-cleaning of marks on walls is included. Full wall washing and carpet shampooing are specialized jobs we don't currently offer — we'll point you to someone who does.
